Page 47. Entry 01: Hidden + Feathers
I am very happy about starting a new blog with my friends Daniela Negrín and Marie- Margaux Tsakiri- Scanatovits. The blog is called Page 47, because it is about each of us choosing a word from the page 47 of any book around us, and sharing the words. This way i get the words from Dani and Margot and they get mine. For this entry the words i got are Hidden and Feathers, i chose the idea of costume as a way of hiding your appearance, and also the idea of the egg hiding the feathers inside. See the photo references above. I hope you like it. The blog will be online soon.

Ok... maybe it's getting time to revive this blog, saving it from dying in the deepness of the net.
Since the last time i wrote here, many things have happened.
I finished my graduation film, and i graduated alive.
The film has been very welcomed around the world with some screenings here and there.
I have been working as animator and now i signed as director in a great studio, Picasso Pictures.
But first things first. Lets post here the trailer for the film. I hope you like it.
You can find out about screenings in the website.

EL MACHO. By Daniela Negrin
Sorry for the late post.
This beautiful film directed by Daniela Negrin, the same year than Damned, by Richard Phelan, at NFTS 2011. I had the enormous privilege of being able to help a little bit with color and animation. My biggest congratulations to Daniela for this extraordinary beautiful film. Very soon in your nearest animation festival.
Congrats xxx

The Great Richard Phelan
my mentor and great support during my first year and second year so far, at NFTS, has finished his gorgeous film DAMNED. Very soon you will see it running out in festivals all over the world.
I had the great opportunity and pleasure of doing a bit of colouring for his film, but not enough to pay him back all the time he has spent giving me advice and teaching me about animation.
Thank you Richard! You are the best!
